Came to see Joanne but she wasn't working. I miss when she takes me in the back room and close the door. I used to get glasses and a blow for $50.

In-store customer service was excellent, informative and helpful.
Packaging and quality control was terrible. When I received the package ordered (Gucci sunglasses), the only content inside was the sunglasses in the case. It wasn't in an item box --which is the case with most luxury brands, or even a plastic seal. No bubble wrap, nor scrap paper, nothing to secure the item. Upon inspection, the sunglasses had makeup along the nose pads. A week later, I decided to return the item. When I returned the item in-store, the manager informed me there were light scratches along the lens. Fortunately, I explained the situation and she granted me a return. I'm baffled as to how unobservant employees working in quality control and packaging are.

This store has the worst customer service. They are not friendly or helpful. They are just there cause they need a job or maybe cause I am black and that's why the were so rube white supremacy. High end store with racism

Never received information regarding my order. I checked my account and the charges appear, but where's my order and shipping info?! So i called customer service and the lady said my sunglasses are ready to ship. Well it be nice if i was informed. Also what is the purpose of paying the extra shipping fee for next day if I'm not receiving my purchase next day. Never will purchase from this place again!

Ordered a $200 pair of Carerra sunglasses from solsticesunglasses.com and what I received can only be described as "toy" sunglasses. Not Carerra, wrong style, wrong color. $5 glasses you would find at a swap meet. The refund process was a nightmare. They provided a fake shipping label, had to get my bank involved.

Got size 58
Long story short? Since I can't locate the barcode sq sticker? They are refusing to correct they're mistake.
I am going to press a complaint with BBB and cancel the charges with my cc.

All these bad reviews are absurd. A couple are talking about a physical brick and mortar location in Staten Island, when this should be for online purchases from Solsticesunglasses.com only. Many reviews also talk about B. S. scam websites that are not affiliated with Solstice Sunglasses whatsoever. People are also whining that the online website customer support did not assist with processing an online return for an in-store purchase - which is a peculiar request. One that I've never even seen available as an option at any retailer. Then someone is complaining that they didn't get 20% off Maui Jim - well, some brands are ALWAYS excluded from all promo's - such as Maui, Chanel, etc. It's always included in the fine print when they state *some exclusions apply - which this person obviously did not even glance at...

These reviews should be for orders placed directly from solsticesunglasses.com... unfortunately, all these negative reviews are rather misleading

I just purchased form Solsticesunglasses.com directly the other day and had no issues with my order. I have actually shopped with Solstice Sunglasses for the past 15+ years. This is my favorite place to buy my sunglasses, as I enjoy their premiere designer brands offered (opposed to another major sunglass retail store chain, affiliated with Luxottica)... But after I placed my order, I contacted costumer support via email and got a response from an actual person w/n 10 mins. I definitely recommend shopping from this website and it is 100% LEGIT. Shipping speeds are also rather quick.

I also had a problem with this individual at the Staten Island mall location. Shame on solstice owner for not recognizing that is a problem and not taking action. Unreal, it seems as a lot of customers complain about her and nothing is done about it.

Solstice sunglasses at the Staten island mall should be closed. The older lady with black hair, glasses and her beady eyes Extremely Rude and unpleasant. I will never go in this store again. Sun hut sunglasses much better.

Purchased sunglasses that ended up not being correct size and 30 days later store had closed and unable to reach anyone other than store 4 hours away. Only remedy company would provide is driving 4 hours to closest store to exchange or return. Solstice.com provides no help with store purchases. Terrible service for expensive sunglasses. Never buy from this company again.
